Earn A 42.5% Bonus Payment
The PCI receives a “bonus payment”. This is a pre-agreed, fixed amount that the investor agrees to before the investment begins. The size of the payment cannot go up or down and the payment itself is secured with a conditional real property title. The size of the bonus payment is always 42.5% of the amount of capital invested.
